We currently serve San Francisco’s “7×7.” The further south we service is Stonestown over to Glen Park/Bernal.
Outside our service area? Please contact us at hello@grandgrahampets.com. We would be happy to put you on the waitlist should we expand our service area in the future.

We are not able to work with dogs who have a bite history or human aggression/reactivity.

Yes, Grand & Graham Pets specializes in care for pets that require additional physical and emotional support.
That said, if your dog is actively in training or cannot be left alone for at least 5 hours, we recommend that you hire a trainer who also offers pet sitting. Not sure? Get in touch with us at hello@grandgrahampets.com, we would be happy to discuss.
Note: Grand & Graham Pets does not work with human-aggressive dogs. If your is human-aggressive, has a bite history, or is reactive to people entering their space, we recommend you work through your vet or trainer to find suitable care.

Yes, absolutely. After your initial call, you will have an in-home visit with one of our premier San Francisco-based pet sitters to review the details of your pet’s profile and discuss any questions that you may have.
-
No, we are not able to work with human-aggressive dogs for the safety and security of our pet sitters, as well as the public.
If your dog has a bite history, we strongly encourage you to work with a trainer who specializes in behavioral modification for dogs who display menacing and/or aggressive behavior. Dogs with a bite history should not be left with a sitter and muzzled in all public settings. All bites should be reported to San Francisco Animal Care and Control.
